Monday morning Calvin

Speechlessly Beautifully Remarkably Wonderfully Witty and Philosophical and brings out a typical child's point of view via Hobbes. Mr.Watterson, dear Watterson, where are you? I am out of superlatives.

Maybe, what Bill did is the best. Stop all this one fine day and go incognito. He is almost untraceable.

Aammaam Gils. "William (Bill) Watterson" is the author of Calvin and Hobbes. One day in 1995, he concluded the comic strip and just went off, just like that. Vanished off from public view. :-o He still is hard to trace, it seems.

A lot of his toons mimic what has happened in my past or what is happening now and I correlate, thereby loving the strip even more. :-)

Yes Srivats. Only a very few people have that ability to put things across wonderfully. Bill Watterson is one.

Nice link Uttara, Ran through that commencement speech. Will stroll through the rest of the site sometime. Boy!, true to what he says, C&H has activity, activity and more activity, mental and physical for Calvin, Hobbes, Mom, Dad and Susie.

So is it a regular column huh? every monday morning :) Why not dilbert columns?

Hopefully shall try to keep it regular. I picked Calvin, because it resonates so much with some of my actions in childhood.

Let me see if I can dig up a 'Best of Dilbert' sometime. :-) I was thinking Arun from uturncomics.blogspot.com was doing a great job in the techie mag "Ergo", but that doesn't seem to have restarted at all.
